The Seed Coating Machine operates on the principle of rotor-stator and it has the ability to create uniform coating on the seed without physical damage. This machine is able to spray all kinds of fungicides and pesticides, micronutrients, polymers, dyes, etc. simultaneously or sequentially at the desired speed and it allow the user to coat and pellet the seeds. The stator of the device is designed to be conical, which allows the targeted return of the seed to the center of the rotor. The stator of the device is double-walled to increase its wear resistance. Soluble substances such as fungicides, dyes, etc. are automatically and accurately entered into the machine by precision injection pumps and supplemental powders through the powder injection system. The seeds are also automatically weighed and inserted into the machine continuously at the user's specified time. In this system, it is possible to save the settings of different seeds.
