This device is designed to separate the grains based on their density, in this way the seeds that were not separated in other screening devices due to the same size, they can be easily separated in this device. The machine separates some impurities from the original seed such as: sand, barley seeds, weed seeds, hollow seeds, and others. The machine was first manufactured in Iran by Azaran Bojar Iranian Company with a capacity of 4.5 tons per hour and also obtained the patent.

One of the advantages of this device is the high width of the table compared to other similar internal device; the ability has significantly improved the quality and capacity of the machine. On the other hand, the controller of each fan is mounted on the central panel to facilitate and adjust the fan wind. This feature allows the user to adjust the flow rate of each valve by standing in one place without the need to move and at the same time he observe the effect of fan winds on the table surface of the device. The use of two separate motors for both fans has also greatly influenced the simplicity and reduction of repair time and cost, which is very important for seed processing companies during the working season.

Another feature of this device is the use of weight divider on the table surface to increase the efficiency of the device and the installation of 31 outlet valves on the table to increase the quality control of the output load.
