Since some impurities such as barley seeds are similar in transverse size with wheat, they are unable to separate into the sieve machine. Therefore, this machine is designed to separate impurities based on their longitudinal size.
This machine consists of two parallel cylinders for removing particles and four parallel cylinders for removing barley seeds. First, the grains enter the two cylinders separating the particles and then enter the four cylinders separating the barley grains and oats. Due to the fact that the ratio of healthy wheat is much higher than broken seeds, so to achieve better quality, the capacity of the separating cylinders of barley grains must be higher than the separating cylinders of particles. Therefore, Azaran Bojar Iranian Company has significantly increased the performance of this device by using four cylinders to separate barley seeds, instead of two cylinders.
